We take great pride in carefully packaging your order in the unlikely event that your order was damaged during transit please contact us ASAP at and a member of the Diva Team will assist you further

Received incorrect order

If you believe you have received the wrong order please contact us immediately and a member of the Diva Team will be happy assist you 

Once the Diva Team has assessed your claim and confirmed the incorrect item was sent, we will send out a prepaid envelope for you to return the incorrect item and give you the option of

  • a replacement of an in stock item of the same value
  • or refund of the purchase price
We do not accept returns/refunds for allergic reactions. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the ingredients list on the product to ensure they avoid products that cause a reaction.
