Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for change of mind for makeup, makeup tools and brushes wigs and accessories.

Faulty items

in the event that your order is damaged or faulty please contact us ASAP at info@divafulbeauty.com and a member of the Diva Team will be happy to assist you further to arrange a replacement or refund.

Received incorrect order

If you believe you have received the wrong order please contact us immediately info@divafulbeauty.com and a member of the Diva Team will be happy assist you 

Once the Diva Team has assessed your claim and confirmed the incorrect item was sent, we will send out a prepaid envelope for you to return the incorrect item and give you the option of

• a replacement of an in stock item of the same value
• or refund of the purchase price
