Divaful Beauty offers a 30 day return policy on faulty or damaged items.
We do not offer returns for change of mind.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us immediately at email@example.com
We will ask for photos for an assessment by our team and send out a prepaid envelope for the return of the product.
Please do not throw out the item as we cannot process returns without receiving the faulty product from you.
Once we have received the faulty product we can process a store credit, refund or exchange for something else you would like of equal value to the original purchase.
